Our Installation Services Program is an exciting new partnership between Contractor Express and our valued professional contractor customers. This program will make getting quality subs easier for general contractors who need experienced and reliable crews, while at the same time providing independent contractors in various trades with an opportunity to increase their business quickly and easily. We will not be competing with anyone for installation work—we will be working together on developing profitable opportunities and adding value to each other’s business throughout the year.

Studies show that 80% of homeowners would prefer to hire a professional contractor for remodeling and home improvement projects. Many homeowners contact us asking for reliable contractors who do top quality work. Also, larger general contractors are always in need of a reliable network of sub-contractors and trades, and are looking for ways to simplify the construction process. That’s why we are taking an active role with our Installation Services Program. By partnering with us, we will sell and/or manage the job, do the estimating and coordinate all the details—general contractors get completed and quality inspected jobs and independent contractors simply do the work and get paid promptly by Contractor Express—it’s that easy. We manage everything.

The Jobs

Our main focus will be on projects that require exterior products including roofing, siding, windows, exterior doors, exterior trim, gutters and leaders and cultured stone. All of these products will be featured in our new Design Expressions Showroom & Design Center.

Here's How it Works

• We want every homeowner and/or larger general contractor who comes to us with project needs to be completely satisfied with the materials, quality installation and overall experience of dealing with Contractor Express.
• We sell and/or manage the entire project, taking away the burden of estimating and bidding small jobs, and the hassle of coordinating multiple subs and trades on larger jobs.
  Independent contractors are offered and assigned jobs in a fair manner in order of availability and interest.
• We act as the material supplier and project manager; handling estimates, ordering materials, scheduling deliveries, coordinating labor, communicating with the homeowner or general contractor and fielding complaints/call-backs.
• Contractors show up on time and perform the agreed-upon work in a timely, accurate and professional manner within budget.
• We inspect the job and pay the contractor promptly.
